Sculptor Andreas Schlüter, at the beginning of the 18th Century castle builders of the Elector Friedrich III. of Prussia, has plans for a new Berlin. When Schlüter opposed because of an equestrian statue of the Great Elector, he loses his favor and falls from grace. His money tower collapses. Even in prison he is working on a "group representation with death"for the royal sarcophagus. After discharge Schlüter went to Dresden to the Saxon court.
