Spacecraft I launches is a cultural film shot in 1938 by Anton Kutter about the fictional launch of a space rocket, which lands on Earth again after orbiting the moon.
Friedrichshafen / Lake Constance on June 13, 1963: In front of representatives of the press, the director of the Friedrichshafen airship shipyard announces the first manned rocket flight to the moon. In an introduction he describes the history of rocket technology and the technical details of space travel. Immediately before the start, reporters interview the commanding officer of the spaceship. The ship then flies over a kilometer-long ski jump into space. After the orbit of the moon the ship returns safely to Earth.
