Sculptor Andreas Schlüter, at the beginning of the 18th Century castle builders of the Elector Friedrich III. of Prussia, has plans for a new Berlin. When Schlüter opposed because of an equestrian statue of the Great Elector, he loses his favor and falls from grace. His money tower collapses.
